There is nothing subtle about the flavor of garlic. Like all things it needs to be balanced so it can shine. We took the bold, zesty taste of garlic and blended it with just the right spices to create a mouthwatering, creamy Garlic Vinaigrette. It is perfect on fresh and cooked greens and makes a dynamite Pasta Primavera. It is also the star of our Kale Caesar Salad.
All of our vinaigrettes are made with high oleic sunflower oil. High oleic sunflower oil is a type of sunflower oil that is specifically bred to be high in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat, and low in linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fat. It's considered a healthier option compared to regular sunflower oil due to its higher stability and beneficial fatty acid profile.
