COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
-In a medium saucepan combine rice, water, salt, and butter, and bring to a simmer, un-covered, over medium-high heat.
-Reduce heat to low simmer and cook, covered, 45 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
-Remove from heat and let sit, covered, 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
